Haven ("we," "us," or "the app") is a wellness and relaxation app that provides guided meditations, breathing exercises, calming sounds, a supportive companion to talk to, and a way to find licensed therapists. This Privacy Policy explains what information Haven handles and how. We built Haven to be a private, safe space, and we take your privacy seriously.

We use the limited information above to create and secure your account, provide the app's features, respond to your messages, process subscriptions, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data retention and deletion

Information stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. You may request that we delete your account information by contacting us at the email below, and we will do so within a reasonable time.

Age and family use

Haven is rated 16+ on the App Store and is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or purchase a subscription, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you add a family member under 18 to a Family plan, you as the account holder are responsible for their use of Haven and for supervising it appropriately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
